me.split() is the story of my inner self detaching from my external.
None of the 3D animation is prerecorded. My skeletal motion data is captured in real-time by a Kinect sensor and I use an electronic glove to control when the projected figure moves in sync with my movement, or when to instead desynchronize, pause, replay, etc.
These glitchy and unnatural qualities are paralleled by my use of modern and street dance techniques to embody my experiences of depersonalization.
