A WINDOW

During the pandemic, I spent a lot of time standing in front of the window and looking at the photo album to think of past moments.

Windows were portals that took me back to some place at some time. However, I sometimes forgot the time when I was lost in memories. They were just photos with my imagination in a cycle.

The interactive work traces my feelings when I recall good memories by looking outside from the window.

Yifei is a second year Design Media Arts student at UCLA. She is interested in using design and photography to explore unconventional spaces and share emotions that she observes through daily life.
